Monetize your digital services catalog through flexible subscription plans
When customers across different segments or markets perceive the value of your digital services differently, offering a single subscription option — despite the richness of your catalog — represents a missed business opportunity. Some customers don’t purchase because the package includes services they are not interested in, while others would be willing to pay more, but you have never been able to offer them that option due to the rigidity of your subscription management platform.
For this reason, we have enhanced the native subscription management system in Servitly with new features that allow you to build structured plans based on features, product, and geographic area.
More structured subscription plans
You can create different subscriptions by defining Digital Plans and Add-ons differentiated by features and pricing. Digital Plans are designed to generate incremental value, addressing specific goals such as remote monitoring, health status tracking, and performance optimization. Add-ons, on the other hand, enrich the offering by addressing transversal and specific customer needs, such as quality control.

Pricing and availability tailored to each market
Thanks to segmentation by product model and geographic area, you can adjust pricing and features without having to maintain separate configurations.
Trial period to accelerate adoption
You can enable a trial period during which new customers access the most comprehensive plan and all available Add-ons — an effective way to reduce initial resistance and encourage conversion.
Flexible payments and transparent pricing
You can offer payment methods supported by Stripe, or manage deferred payments. In both cases, automatic calculation of the annual value — including all active Digital Plans and Add-ons, with pro-rata handling for activations after the first — ensures clear billing for both you and your customers.
Different activation modes
You can choose how customers activate Digital Plans to reduce purchase friction. In Flat mode, the plan is automatically applied to all products — ideal when products are similar and you want to simplify the purchasing process. In By Thing mode, customers can choose a dedicated plan for each product model. This second mode is better suited when differences between products are significant and a single plan could discourage purchase.
Autonomy for the sales team
You can give your sales representatives the flexibility to apply custom discounts across the entire offering, making it easier to close complex deals and boosting the sale of your digital services.
Extension to partners with the same logic
You can replicate the entire Digital Plan and Add-on structure — with the same segmentation and pricing logic — also across your partner network.
How subscription plan configuration and management works
Configuring and updating subscriptions does not require custom development. Everything happens in the No-Code Console, in the Digital Services section, where you can:
- create new Digital Plans and Add-ons or modify existing ones, defining for each the included features and their availability based on product model or geographic area

- define pricing and trial period duration
- configure the visibility of DPS elements (pages, subpages, and widgets) by associating them with specific features. If an end customer does not have the plan that includes a feature, the content is automatically hidden or blocked.
This centralized, no-code approach reduces operational complexity and accelerates time-to-market, ensuring customers a consistent DPS experience across all its components.
Your digital services catalog deserves equally rich subscription plans. Discover how to build them with Servitly.
